Christopher is a qualified personal trainer with vast knowledge and experience within the health and fitness industry.
Christopher competed in his first Weightlifting and Powerlifting competition aged 10. Trained by his father (Australian Weightlifting and Powerlifting coach and referee) he is very familiar with a gym environment. He moved into team based sports playing football and futsal representing various regional and Queensland teams. Now, Christopher takes a keen interest in combat sports (Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA). These sports have taken him all around Australia and internationally to compete.
